Therapy Conversations

Therapy needs to be uniquely tailored to meet the diverse needs of each person we meet with. Please reach out with any questions or to request a no fee consultation to see if we are the right fit for you!

Individual Sessions, Adults

Sessions are one hour ($235) or 90 minutes ($330) and offered at our office in SW Calgary, Cochrane or virtually (Zoom). Fees are based on the fee guidelines of the Psychological Association of Alberta. Short-term and long-term therapy schedules available.

Individual Sessions for Teens

Sessions are one hour ($235) or 90 minutes ($330) and offered at our office in SW Calgary or Cochrane. Parent consult meetings may be required to ensure alignment between therapeutic goals and family goals. Parent consults are billed at the session rate.

Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing Therapy

EMDR is an approved intervention to relieve the symptoms of post traumatic stress. A six session minimum commitment is required for EMDR (2-3 sessions preparation and history taking, 2-3 sessions processing). 90 minute sessions are recommended. Please read more about EMDR at https://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/

Therapy Intensives

Therapy Intensives include longer, focused sessions, in quick succession, designed to address significant life distress and/or trauma. Intensives usually include up to five (5) 2-hour long sessions held over three days. Interventions will include in depth parts work (ego state, IFS informed) and EMDR. Please contact Crys for more information and to determine whether an intensive treatment format is a good fit for you.
