Hi, I’m Jade, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master’s in

Counselling Psychology. My approach blends humanistic

values with evidence-based practices, drawing from

Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, and

DBT. I specialize in multicultural care, with a focus on

supporting diverse identities through culturally attuned

therapy. Services are available in both English and Korean,

throughout Canada.
